How do I go about booking a therapy session?

If you feel that therapy may benefit you, please don't hesitate to get in touch by either completing some brief details on the contact us page or giving us a call. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours and offer a 20 minute free consultation to see if we are a good match.

How much do the sessions cost?

Sessions are priced at £45 for 2021.

How many sessions will I need?

Typically the average number of sessions is anywhere between 6 and 12. In some instances this can shorter or longer depending on the presenting issue.

How do I know if the style of therapy will benefit me?

My main modality is cognitive behavioural therapy commonly known as CBT and there has been lots of research on its effectiveness for a whole range of mental health issues including, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem to name just a few. However, sometimes it is also necessary to refer a client to a different style of therapist or expertise if it feels a more appropriate match.
